So much of what we do in life requires strength & physical strength, to be sure, but also emotional and mental strength. And while we may strive to develop our physical muscles, we often neglect our inner strength. Yet this inner strength is just as important as our biceps and abs. Here’s why:

Inner strength provides us with resilience.
Life is full of challenges, both big and small. And while it’s not always easy to face these challenges, it’s important that we do. Why? Because overcoming challenges helps us to grow and develop as individuals.
